Linda Glaeser, MBA

Linda Glaeser is a healthcare management executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a focus on serving the customer, strengthening teams, and enhancing the patient experience at every level, her approach easily aligns with that of Dr. Cyndi Yag-Howard.

 

Linda uses a blend of people and process improvements to enhance the environment for patients and employees alike. Her Bachelors in Radiography and Masters in Business Administration give her the perfect background to understand both sides of a practice – patient care and administrative. Linda’s training with Dale Carnegie has enhanced her communication skills and assisted her on many levels both professionally and personally. Additionally, her Six Sigma certification improved her skills in creating lean organizations and streamlining processes.

 

With a history of healthcare consulting, marketing, and cosmetic practice management, Linda thoroughly enjoys working with Dr. Cyndi Yag-Howard at Yag-Howard Cosmetic Dermatology. “Patients just love the way they are cared for by Dr. Cyndi and our team.
